Walking is a great form of exercise for those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It can also help to improve your mental health and general mood. Here at Bridge Inn we take a small group with experienced staff and go on weekly walks. Some walks that we have been too are Fairy Glen, Rivington Pyke and Formby Pinewoods. This activity is great for making new friends and socialising within the group.
Fishing is an iconic pastime. There is nothing like spending the day by the water with your friends, casting a line and enjoying the great outdoors. Fishing has benefits for your mental and physical health. Bridge Inn’s fishing includes a supervised hand on tutor. All equipment is provided including a fishing license.
